He successfully defended his dissertation titled:
“The Impact of Service Quality on Public Satisfaction Directly and Indirectly through Citizen Journalism (An Empirical Study: Police Services in Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi).”
This study reveals that integrity, interactivity, responsiveness, and service capability significantly influence citizen journalism and public satisfaction. However, service transparency does not have a significant effect.
