PTA 2026/2027 ACADEMIC CALENDAR: MARK THE IMPORTANT DATES AND PREPARE FOR YOUR SEMESTER
Hello, Fikomers!
Ready for the PTA 2026/2027 Semester? As the new semester begins, it is time to prepare for a series of academic activities at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Gunadarma.
The academic calendar serves as an important guide for students to keep track of lecture periods, examinations, and other academic activities. By knowing the schedule in advance, Fikomers can manage study time, complete assignments, prepare for examinations, and plan activities throughout the semester more effectively.
CLASSES BEFORE THE MIDTERM EXAMINATIONS
Classes for the PTA 2026/2027 Semester before the Midterm Examinations will take place from September 28 to December 5, 2026.
This period is an important part of the learning process. Make the most of your classes by understanding the course material, actively participating in discussions, completing assignments on time, and preparing for the various academic activities required in each course.
Do not wait until examinations are approaching to start studying. Developing consistent study habits from the beginning of the semester will help Fikomers understand the course material more effectively.
MIDTERM EXAMINATIONS
After completing the pre-midterm lecture period, students will enter the Midterm Examination period from December 7 to 24, 2026.
The Midterm Examinations are an important part of the learning evaluation process, designed to assess students’ understanding of the material covered during the first half of the semester.
Prepare yourself thoroughly, check your individual examination schedules, and make sure that all academic requirements have been fulfilled so that the examination period can run smoothly.
CLASSES AFTER THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS
Following the Midterm Examinations and the Christmas and New Year holidays, classes will resume from January 4 to 30, 2027.
This period provides an opportunity to continue and deepen your understanding of the course material before entering the final evaluation period of the semester.
Maintain consistent study habits and manage your time effectively to complete assignments and other academic activities.
PREPARE FOR THE MAIN AND FINAL EXAMINATIONS
The PTA 2026/2027 Semester will then continue with the Main Examinations and Final Semester Examinations in February 2027.
Students are encouraged to begin preparing well in advance. Create a study schedule, review your lecture notes, revisit material that you have not yet fully understood, and avoid leaving all your preparation until just before the examinations.
Fikomers should also regularly check official information regarding the Main Examination and Final Semester Examination schedules to ensure that no important announcements are missed.
MANAGE YOUR TIME AND STAY CONSISTENT
The academic calendar is more than just a collection of dates. It can serve as a valuable guide for managing your academic journey throughout the semester.
With good planning, students can balance their time between classes, assignments, student organizations, personal development activities, and adequate rest.
Come on, Fikomers! Mark every important date and use the PTA 2026/2027 Academic Calendar as your guide throughout the semester.
Save this information so you can easily refer to it whenever needed.
Have a great PTA 2026/2027 Semester!
