STUDY PLAN FORM (FRS)
The Study Plan Form contains the courses offered in the relevant semester according to Faculty, Level/Department, and Class for students who no longer have regular classes (Non Class/Internal Transfer/Outer Transfer).
A. FRS Completion Level:
Students download the Study Plan Form (FRS) Format – Universitas Gunadarma
Fill in the data in FRS according to the last academic
The completed FRS is sent to the department’s email (jurusanfikomug@gmail.com)
The department will check the FRS that has been sent and provide confirmation of approval via student email
Fill in the KRS according to the FRS that has been approved by the Department online via Studentsite
After receiving the FRS which has been approved and signed by the Department, students are required to take care of the KRS in accordance with the recommended course contents listed on the FRS
B. Conditions for filling out the FRS:
For students who no longer have regular classes and have no repeat classes, the data field should be written as “ACTIVE”
Students who no longer have regular classes and have repeat classes, the data fields are written according to the repeat courses and class options
Students who no longer have regular classes and are only repeating the course “SCIENTIFIC WRITING (PI)”, then the class data entry is written as “3MA99”
STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)
A Study Plan Card or KRS is a card that contains a list of courses that each student will take in one semester. In the KRS, student data is listed (NPM, Name, Class, Faculty, Department, Number of Semesters and Academic Years attended), Course Code, Subjects, Credits and Classes attended. KRS is valid/valid, if there is a passport photo of the student concerned and a University stamp.
KRS is proof of being an active student in the semester concerned and functions as an Exam Participant Card (KRS must be brought every time you take an exam).
A. Filling in KRS for Active Students in Classes 1-4, Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Gunadarma
B. Filling in KRS for non-class students at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Gunadarma
