Dr. Ahmad Nasher successfully defended his dissertation titled “Customer Satisfaction: Determinants and Its Impact on Loyalty (An Empirical Study on Mobile Operator Customers in the Greater Jakarta Area)”. His research thoroughly explores the factors influencing customer satisfaction and how these affect loyalty, particularly in the context of mobile operator customers in the Jabodetabek area.
